Secular Media Activists: Lets us paint all Political Parties Black in Coal Scam, it might give some comfort to the UPA Government

1.       The Media coverage of the Coal Scam has been astonishing.

2.       Not because of the UPA government’s Coal Scam but much more by the coverage of the scam by Secular Media Activists.

3.       In the first Phase of the Media Campaign BJP was facing the heat by these activists for Disruption in the Parliament.

4.       Now in the Second Phase these Activists are trying to paint all Parties Black in the Coal Scam.

5.       This might not directly help the UPA Government but it helps them by distributing the Coal Scam heat on all Political Parties.

6.       It reminds us of very much what the Anna Movement and Now the Arvind Movement were trying to do.

7.       They were also blaming the complete Political System on the corruption issue.

8.       If we recall then the same Media Activists condemned that very movement, on the argument that how can they paint the complete political system Black.

9.       How can we compare coal Allocation controlled by UPA government (Headed by prime Minister) with a Recommendation letter by a Chief Minister?

10.   How can we compare coal Allocation controlled by UPA government (Headed by prime Minister) with an action in which a Junior Partner is selected for Coal Mining, with the Majority share with the State Government?

11.   Tomorrow if there is any Irregularity found in MCD, then should we use it to compare and EQUATE corruption in the PMO?

12.   Similarly should a state corruption issue be compared with the corruption allegation on the Prime Minister?

13.   The same actions were repeated when 2G corruption was pointed on the UPA Government.

14.   These Media Activists then used Yeddyurappa Corruption Allegation to showcase that there is corruption in BJP ruled state and we cannot blame the PMO or the Prime Minister alone.

TODAY Ceaser's wife has black glory all over it so let us try to clean that rather then equitable distribution of the Great Black Gold Scam.

Democracy Outsources Right to legislation to Parliament and not Right to Debate

Democracy Outsources Right to legislation to Parliament and not Right to Debate
1.       During the last week something strange has been happening.

2.       Secular Media Activists have been focussing more on issue of Debate in Parliament rather than the actual Issue of Black Corruption in form of Coal.

3.       If the Secular Media is so worried about the non Functioning of Parliament then they must focus on Stopping of Legislation work rather than the Debating part.

4.       The reason being any Democracy cannot just give 700 Odd individuals the right to Debate.

5.       Right to debate is sole of any Democracy and it rests with every citizen of this country.

6.       Be it Chai Shops or Pan Corners. Be it CII meetings of Gram Panchayats.  Be it a Social Gathering or any other Professional Meeting. Debate must go on everywhere on the scam.

7.       In case of coal scam, there is no requirement of a legislation being passed.

8.       There is a requirement of in-depth details and One day of Parliament Debate cannot bring out all issues out in the Open.

9.       This issue needs to be discussed again and again to bring out clarity to the citizens of India.

10.   In Parliament, only Politian’s have the right to debate.

11.   In case we say it is not fair to take debate outside parliament then where will the common man and other intellectuals cast their opinion.

12.   Rather than escaping the issue of Coal Scam by saying that Debate must happen only in Parliament we must say that Debate this scam anywhere and everywhere to bring out maximum clarity to Citizens of India.

Secular Activists are blaming Constitution / Supreme Court/ NHRC etc for Injustice to 1984 Riot Victims

Something very special has been happening since Justice has come to 2002 Gujarat Riot Victims.
The Secular Activists have been claiming that this Justice has happened because of Constitution / Supreme Court/ NHRC etc.

If not for them then Justice would never have seen light in case of 2002.

So then a very Important Question needs to be answered:

1.       Why Supreme Court was not able to bring Justice to 1984 Victims --- Was Supreme Court Weak back in 1984 and is stronger to bring Justice in 2002?

2.       Why constitution of India Helped 2002 Riot Victims and Failed Victims of 1984 Victim ---- Has Constitution changed, so that in 2002 it can help Riot Victims but was unable to do so in 1984?

3.       NGO’s played a big role in Justice for 2002 Victims. Why did they ignore the plight of 1984 Victims? Do they have a double sight for different Riot Types?

4.       Human Right Organizations were helping the Riot Victims in 2002. Phew.... they also failed the victims of 1984.

5.       Minority Commission of India helped 2002 Victims. Do Sikhs don’t belong to the minority community in India.

Till now we were of the opinion Congress party or the Government are to be blamed for the 1984 Riots.

But I am unable to understand that as per Secular Activists ---- Constitution / NGO’s / NHRC etc. brought Justice to 2002 Victims.

Then were they all sleeping when 1984 happened.
Or should we investigate, why did these honourable Entities were not able to help the 1984 Victims?
