I think today is the day when India should move away from the Riots Story to the Justice Story.

1.       Why is Justice coming to 2002 Riots?

2.       Because it was Hindu Fundamentalists who according to me were the Rioters.

3.       The train Burning Event was the Trigger and there has been past history of conflict between the two societies.

4.       The BJP MLA was also one of the Hindu Fundamentalist and got convicted.

5.       It is very important to understand that till now no Political Activists who take part in a Riot have ever got convicted.

6.       If BJP Activists would have been part of the MOBS then I am sure not a single conviction would have ever taken place.

7.       The reason is that the Political Activists participate on the behest of a Political Organization and that very organization will do everything to save their skin.

8.       This is the major reason why we are getting such high convictions in 2002 and will never get them in 1984 even if we wait for a lifetime.

9.       The rioters in 1984 riots were not Hindu Fundamentalists but were activists of a certain political Outfit.

10.   It is alleged that Rajiv Gandhi came out on the third day of the riots and the riots stopped as a switch was turned OFF.

11.   Why did the Rioters just switched OFF because of the Political leader asking for them to do so?

12.   It means that it were the Political Activists of that very Organization who were part of the Mob and went back to their homes once a call was made by their Leader.

1984 Riots were between the Political Activists of a Political party and the Sikhs. 2002 Riots were between Hindu Fundamentalists and the Muslims. And probably this is the reason why Justice is coming to 2002 and would never see the Light in case of 1984.

BJP is not asking for PM resignation in Coal gate but that of Ex Coal Minister under whom this Loss happened.

BJP as Opposition Party has a mandate to ask for the Resignation of PM when scams are worth Lakh of Crores

BJP is the principal Opposition Party. Today all secular media channels are blaming BJP for bringing parliament to a halt.

But before blaming BJP (principal Opposition Party) let’s see the following facts:

1.       When there is a Loss of 1.8 Lakh Crores, suggested by one of the Constitution Bodies of India what should the BJP do?

2.       When there was open Loot in commonwealth what should BJP do?

3.       When there was a Loss of 1.6 Lakh Crores in National Spectrum, what should BJP do?

There can be many other examples quoted.

But the question is what should the BJP do?

Every one is suggesting they must talk and talk and talk and talk and talk.

I am sorry, I don’t agree to this. BJP is the Principal Opposition party.  They are not responsible for the governance. It is the responsibility of UPA.

But they are responsible that Our Nation is not looted of all its Wealth, natural Resources etc. And that too when these losses are suggested by a Constitution Body.

Hence they have a mandate to use any Methodology to stop this Loot. This is the sole responsibility of an opposition Party. In case they fail to act as a watchdog then they have betrayed their Mandate.

I think we must now let BJP choose the path that it wants to take as Principal Opposition Party, but they need to stop this Loot at any cost.

And we all need to understand that BJP is not asking for PM resignation in Coal gate but that of Ex Coal Minister under whom this Loss happened.

As for Congress, I feel they have two options:
1. Either Remove Shri Manmohan Singh Ji as Pm
2. Go for New Election mandate. In case they get the Mandate then i feel they can re-instate Mr Singh as PM.

Because i feel that current mandate for Mr Singh to be Pm is over after these Losses to the Nation.

How can there be a clean chit for Mr Chidambaram when there has been no Investigation till Now

The most surprising this is how Secular Media People are trying to turn today’s Supreme Court’s Order as a clean chit For Mr Chidambaram.

Please remember there has been no investigation done on Mr Chidambaram’s role on 2G.

All what has been done is that Mr Swamy in his personal capacity is trying hard to find evidence to determine Chidambaram’s role.

It would have been better if the CBI/SIT or any other investigating authority would have investigated the matter. Had put its findings to the Supreme Court and then Supreme Court would have passed its order.

But what has happened is CBI has said it does not finds Mr C involved in the 2G Case. Hence Mr Swamy had to use RTI’s and his other investigating skills to find evidence.  How can anybody in his personal capacity gather so much evidence and then prosecute the Home/Finance Minister of this Country.

We must give credit to him for his exceptional work which got Mr Raja’s into trouble.

Let us take example of Mr Modi. His role is being investigated into the 2002 Riots. But the investigations are being done by SIT. Supreme court is Monitoring the cases. He has appeared before CBI and all the investigation Process is being done. Now after this investigation process if Mr Modi gets acquitted then we can say Mr Modi has got a Clean Chit.

For Mr C to get a clean chit it would be favourable if a Professional Investigation committee performs with Supreme Court monitoring the investigation and then we get a verdict.

Shri Jaiswal/Shri Chidambaram/Shri Khursheed: Defending the Indefensible

Below are the Points raised by the three wise men of UPA. I am not convinced and following are the reasons:

ARGUMENT : These are coal mines. how can there be a presumptive loss when coal mines are buried deep within mother nature? The loss only comes into effect in relation to mined coal, not to coal which is still buried in mother earth? If it is not yet mined, there is no loss.

REBUTT:

1.       Coal is an asset. Its value will multiply with time. A Company that has some cash reserves and wants to invest that money would certainly like to Invest it into a coal mine. And that is what was done. Those companies Invested in those coal mines as anybody does in Stocks/Gold/Land or any other asset type.

2.       Once the coal mines auctions will start it will lead to an increase in the Asset Value and then those companies will then Liquidate those Assets. They are bound to make a bounty on those Assets as they were given to them on Throw Away Prices.

3.       Has the Price of that very Coal Mine increased since it was allotted? Yes it is bound to increase as it is an Asset.

4.      Please sell me land. I will not use it for any purpose for next 10 years. After 10 years I will sell it at a price of 100 times to a genuine Land Developer.

5.       What was the charge for which Yedurappa resigned?  He gave land at throw away Prices.

ARGUMENT: The coal is still there

REBUTT:

1.       This is the very reason this is a scam.

2.      What is the value of a Coal Mine? The Value of a coal mine is determined by the amount of Coal and Quality of Coal in the Coal Mine.

3.      Why has then coal still not been extracted? Simple the Miners are waiting for the Base Price of Coal to Increase.

4.      When will the Base Price of coal increases? Once this Auction policy is put in Place.

5.      How? When Auction will start, companies will give higher Price to Acquire the Coal Mines. When companies will invest more money, hence at the time of selling, the Base Price of coal will automatically increase.

6.      This is when these companies who have been given Coal Mines will make a Killing. Then they will start with the Mining Process.  And this is when they will sell the same coal acquired at a throw away Price to be sold at a Higher Market Price.

7.      And this is the Reason why the coal is still there in the Mines as companies don’t want to take it out until the Coal Auctions.

8.      Is there a cap on the Pricing of Coal for these Companies?  I don’t think so; these companies will be selling coal at the Market Price.

ARGUMENT: The government is not in the business of trading in coal. It is in the business of promoting power, steel and cement sectors

REBUTT:

1.       On one side they say no Coal has gone from the coal Mines. How have the power, steel and cement sectors then have benefitted from the Allocation of these Mines.

2.      Let me repeat: Once the coal will go out of the coal Mines then the power, steel and cement sectors will buy coal from the very coal mines at market Price.

3.      And the market price will be set by the Price of Coal that will be sold by Mines that will be auctioned in Future.

4.      As Explained above those mines will sell coal at a very high Price. Hence there will be no Benefit to the Said Sectors.

5.      These sectors will only benefit if the government had the Agreement with those Mines that they will sell coal at much lower Price.

6.      But this cannot be done as those companied need to make a Killing.

ARGUMENT: The states agreed to the New Policy once it was agreed that all the Money and the Royalty will go to the states.

REBUTT:

1.       This is the reason why UPA wants to allocate as many coal Blocks as fast as Possible before the New Policy arrives.

2.      As Once the New Policy arrives then the states will benefit and UPA will be left with nothing.

3.      Probably this is the reason why UPA also delayed the policy for so many Years and this time around UPA wanted to make the Killing before the Auction Process.

Please note we have still not discussed how the Market Values of the companies’ increases once they are allocated a Coal Mine.

1.       The new generation of India have heard stories about the 1947 Partition.

2.       I always thought that how can we have mass exodus of citizens on the basis of events happening in the other part of the country.

3.       Well if we look at the recent events with the North East Indians we can relate how much worse it would have been in 1947.

4.       I urge the Congress party that although they were not able to stop the 1947 Partition. But hope they will take much needed Proactive steps that kills this Fear Environment.

5.       We had a similar exodus for Kashmiri Pundits. But that was restricted with one part of the country. This time around it has already touched Pune / Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad.

6.       It all started with Mumbai. Why did it then spread to other parts?

7.       Amar Jawan Jyoti, A National Symbol was destroyed in a shameful manner. Pseudo secularists will slam me for my next statement. But I feel this was a more shameful act even more then the demolition of Babri Masjid. This was a National Symbol representing our Marty’s being vandalised.

8.       Women Constables Molested. And many other shameful acts performed.

9.       Many Pseudo secularists appreciated the role of the Mumbai Police for handling the Mumbai shame with Patience.

10.   The reason being given that if the Mumbai Police had tried to have a strict face for the Goons then it would have created further Communal Problems.

11.   If tomorrow someone tries to vandalize Parliament, another Indian National Symbol then also the Police must then let that happen but not have a strict action as it might further lead to communal problems.

12.   That means strict action can only be used for Peaceful Agitations that Ramdev had and Delhi Police used all available tools to wake up and terrorize sleeping Citizens in the middle of Night.

13.   I still feel that if Mumbai would have been rightly tackled and a clear signal sent to the rioters then the fire would not have spread to other Indian Cities.

14.   Probably I and Pseudo secularists have a different understanding of the situation. I am only an Ordinary citizen who wants a peaceful nation and wants Its National Symbols to be given Utmost respect.

1.       Should this approach of Mumbai Police be taken as a Benchmark and adopted for all type of MOB Violence? This will be music to Bajrang Dal/VHP.

2.       Government of India believes that the Rumours started from Pakistan. This is a bigger issue as we cannot stop the speakers of Pakistan. Can we stop Hafiz Sayeed from spitting venom against India? Then how the government does plans to stop anonymous users of Social Media all across the globe including Pakistan.

3.       Since the government cannot stop the speakers, at least we must try to reign in the Listeners. Listeners who belonged to the Mumbai Mob. I believe they were fellow Indians and not from any Foreign country.

4.       I still feel that North East Indians were not scared by posts on the Social Media. But they never had the Confidence in the Government that they will be protected. They felt at danger from other Fellow Indians.

5.       UPA and Congress also did not sent the right message across the NORTH EAST Indians. We had Sushma Swaraj/ Nitin Gadhkari/ Banglore Home and Chief Minister interacting One to One with the North East Indians. Those images were circulated by Our Media and sent a very clear signal.

6.       But I was not able to see any NORTH EAST Indian face alongside our PM, UPA Chairperson, Home Minister. Probably that symbolism would have sent the right signal.

7.       Or probably the congress thought that currently there is Muslim anger against North East Indians. Hence they did not want to be photographed alongside them. We don’t know.

There are media reports that around 250 odd Pakistani Hindu families want to find shelter in India. As per some media reports the External Affairs Ministry says that the issue needs to be looked upon by the Home Ministry. Shelter for the families will depend on their condition and so on.

Many leading Personalities have been critical of the position taken by the Government including Past Diplomats like G Parthasarthy. They want the government to proactively listen to their concerns.

This approach by the Upa Government is confusing me.  Following are the points that have arisen out of that confusion:

1.       We all agree that the recent Assam Violence was due to illegal immigration of Bangladeshi Muslims in Lakhs into Assam.

2.       There are allegations that these illegal immigrants get valid citizenship documents with the help of local authorities.

3.       The UPA government must be in the know how of things happening. We have indirectly allowed the illegal immigration of Bangladeshi Muslims into India.

4.       It looks like that the UPA Government is not so keen on the Pakistani Hindus to Immigrate into India.

5.       There can be two reasons: Either we don’t like Pakistan and we like Bangladesh or we don’t want Hindus to Immigrate into India but want immigration for Muslims.

6.       It is very important to understand that the Bangladeshi Muslims illegally immigrated into India for better prospects. It was not that they were being threatened or killed or being converted or their girls were being abducted.

7.       On the other hand the Pakistani Hindus want to immigrate back to India because of the above very reasons.

8.       So should we tell to the Pakistani Hindus that the only way to immigrate to India is first get Bangladeshi Citizenship. Then get converted to Islam. Then Enter Assam. Then get your citizenship papers made and then move freely anywhere in India.

9.       Please remember that the only country that the Pakistani Hindus can look upon is India. For Bangladeshi Muslims there are many other Islamic nations that would be more than happy to help. In case India has bandwidth we must support them.

Looking at this chain of Events we all must be happy that Kashmir is Part of India.

Because if Kashmir was another country that the Kashmiri Pundits must have been filling the Immigration forms when Ethnic Cleansing was happening. At least now they can thank that they have got refuge in India without filling the very same Immigration Papers.

Following are the reasons why Shri Chidambaram was a Liability for UPA as HOME MINISTER

1.       Ramdev: The Home Ministery and Delhi Police handled the Ramdev Eviction in a most Un-professional Manner. There was a lot of anger form public society on that very issue. Ramdev has said he will be revisiting Delhi on 9 Aug. Probably UPA Leadership thought that Chidambaram might bring more embarrassment to the UPA again.

2.       Batla House Encounter and Next Gen Elections: Mr Digvijay Singh (Mouth Piece of Gandhi Family) had suggested that it might be a Fake Encounter. Some Congressmen also suggested that Mrs Gandhi had tears because of the same. Next general Elections may happen any time. The Minority Quota has been struck down by the Supreme Court. UPA thinks that this might help them win some Minority votes by removing Mr C as Home Minister.

3.       Saffron Terror: (Col Purohit and the Pragya Singh Thakur): There are media Reports that Col Purohit was not actually involved in the Terrorist acts, rather he was playing under cover to identify the Terror Module. There has been no Progress on Pragya case.  On top of it Shri Chidambaram invented the Saffron Terror Term. Keeping the next Gen Elections in mind UPA don’t want to be seen on the wrong side and probably thought that by taking Home Ministry from Mr C they would be able to calm emotions.

4.       Maoists: Mr C has been taking hard position against the Maoists. There are media reports that Mrs Gandhi/ Rahul Gandhi wanted a soft approach towards the Maoist issue. Again keeping the elections in mind and probably giving a soft message to the Maoists, Mr C was ousted from the Home Ministry.

5.       Budget for the Election year:  In the last general Elections Mr C presented a very Popular Budget. Many Analysts believe that the Popular Budget helped UPA in a big way and was a reason for their victory. Mr Pranab might not have allowed that to happen under his nose.  Mr C has done it earlier so let’s promote him as Finance Minister and hope for the Best.

6.       Mr C is not a Dalit: Mr Shinde, New Home Minister has said that he has been promoted as home Minister because he is a Dalit. It was Mr Rajiv Gandhi who promoted Mr Buta Singh, a dalit as a Home Minister. Now it was Sonia Gandhi’s turn to copy the act. Unfortunately Mr C is not a Dalit and Next Gen Elections are coming.
